Shay Hewitt, RPH, PD ~ Founder & Wellness Directo

Shay is our holistic and integrative health specialist with 20 years of compounding pharmacy experience. She has a passion for dance, yoga, meditation, and helping others better themselves through alternative, non-western wellness techniques.

Tommy Nicholson - Co-Founder

Tommy's an experienced CrossFit Level 1, USA Weightlifting coach, and has been a certified personal trainer for over 24 years. In 2008, he opened and operated Upstate CrossFit and, in 2017, he and Shay Hewitt opened InsideOut Fitness + Wellness.

As a strength and conditioning professional, Tommy has experience in working with South Carolina pageant contestants, training young athletes, coaching individuals, and teaching small group classes. Tommy’s also a firefighter for the Mauldin Fire Department and is truly dedicated to helping others lead their best lives.

Jenine Ward - Esthetician

Since junior high, Jenine has had a passion for skincare. She has gone from making homemade oatmeal and honey masks at 14 to using LED light therapy for its healing and anti-inflammatory properties. She is committed to providing the highest quality services and products to our clients. In her spare time, Jenine is working on her yoga certification, keeps an organic garden and spends time with her daughter.
